Our Policy…
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within three (3) days of delivery notify the Seller of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. Goods need to be returned in original packaging with a copy of the invoice to the address listed on the invoice.
If the Buyer shall fail to comply with these provisions, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage. In the case of the incorrect goods being purchased there will be a 10% restocking fee.
Power Tools that are purchased for use outside of Australia & New Zealand may not be built to other countries standards and could be deemed illegal to operate outside Australia & New Zealand. If a Power tool that is not certified for use in Australia is deemed to be the cause of an accident or incident possible insurance claims may be made void.
